Witness a day in one of the world’s most diverse cities. Even Angelinos who have taken the tour are surprised to see things they never knew were there and comment that it is “the best way to explore downtown”. We make several stops during the tour to take pictures or to visit a building or business. This tour starts in the Union Station Area, which is a perfect place to start since LA’s oldest street, Olvera Street is near by. Our Tour starts in the year 1781 when Los Angeles was established. We will talk about most structures we ride past, we will also talk about skid rows history here in the city and ride past many streets and alleys that most Angelinos are unaware of. We will also be riding bikes down the Historic Theater District and we will talk about the old nickelodeon and arcade buildings of the 1890′s and the old movie palaces of the 1920′s.
